Rolling Cones is a locally owned & family run business serving Island Farms finest ice cream. We are mobile ice cream truck, setting up at local fairs, show & shines, music festivals all over the Island. We have a Permit to Operate from VIHA & Food Safe Certification. We enjoy meeting new people & having fun at events and are becoming well know for serving "the best scoop on the Island"!!
