The Hot N' Cool Yoga Club is the largest leading edge "HOT" infrared yoga studio in Parksville BC. Our second location in Qualicum Beach offers "WARM" infrared classes as well.
With a roster of 17 teachers, both studios offer all levels of classes for all abilities and ages. Drop-ins are always welcome as clients are encouraged to participate at their own speed and and at their own levels. Members who join have many options for class times as they can attend classes in both locations.
