SmartFitt Holistic Fitness is Fun Fitness for the whole family!
I created the SmartFitt Gym to accommodate not only adults who want to improve their fitness levels but also to introduce children to a more active lifestyle. My walk and Roll morning program is designed to accommodate moms with toddlers right on up to our seniors who want to have a place to go, meet new people and get moving 3 times a week. We walk outside or warm up inside, depending on the weather, then work on core muscles using the stability ball. Children can play and watch their moms exercise.
I offer children’s and adults private party bookings where we learn some hooping games and tricks, play balloon badminton and dance in the dark with laser lights and a disco ball!
Add Laughter Yoga to any party and bring out your inner child while boosting your immune system, reducing stress,
strengthening your abdominal muscles and much more!
My mission is to provide a place that anyone can come and feel free to exercise at their own level. If you are new to exercise or have been away from it for sometime because of illness or injury or just because you haven't had the time to fit an exercise routine in, SmartFitt is the place for you. You can drop in for a workout, infrared sauna session, group class or book the gym for a private session or party.
I offer personal training - one on one or with a partner, group classes such as Walk and Roll, Group Circuit,Hoop Fit and Stability Ball Belly Blast. As well, coming in October 2011 - Yoga, IFlow and a Monday and Wednesday night Boot Camp with Connie from Body Basix.
