Parksville and District Association for Community Living has been serving the community since 1959 by supporting adults with developmental disabilities through innovative programs to enhance the lives of all people in the community. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we serve with dignity and respect and we promote the rights of all individuals to full inclusion in partnership with our community.We support the rights of individuals to have equal opportunities for employment, transportation and housing. Local, provincial and national governing bodies need to work together to fulfill these needs.
