Meet a few minutes ahead of your rental time at the delivery location described in your booking.
We will scan the booking confirmation on your mobile phone sent to you via email, confirm we have all participants' completed online waivers and take a copy of photo ID.
We will familiarize you with your gear, help you with any destination suggestions or route-finding questions, and send you on your adventure.

It is recommended to book in advance, as our number of bikes is limited and same day availability in peak season can not be guaranteed.
Currently we are mobile and searching for a permanent location. We are offering free delivery around Parksville for the time being.
Depending on power assist level being used the e-bikes we have travel between 55-150 km per battery charge.
Athletic style clothing is recommended, however almost anything works with these bikes. Avoid baggy pants, dresses and open toed shoes. A windbreaker jacket and/or warmer attire is recommended for e-bikes.
Our Giant, Momentum, and Trek brand bikes offer powerful reliability in size Small, Medium and Large. Rentals also include a helmet, lock and small bag/basket. Lights and battery charger are offered on all overnight and e-bike rentals. Additional options of lights, pump & patch kit, seat pads, back packs and reflective vests are available upon request, numbers are limited.
