The Oceanside Community Arts Council (ocac) Is Pleased to Welcome You to the Mcmillan Arts Centre (the Mac). Located in Downtown Parksville, the Mac Is Home to Three Art Galleries and Hosts Monthly Exhibitions Showcasing Artwork From a Variety of Local and Regional Artists. in Addition to Art Exhibitions, the Ocac Serves the Oceanside Community by Providing Programs and a Venue for Cultural and Artistic Expression Including Music, Literature, Performing Arts and Visual Arts. Our Mission Statement: “to Engage, Energize, Educate and Enrich the Cultural Life of the Oceanside Community.”
